The founder of EBS Consulting, Edward L. Adams has more than a quarter of a century of experience in senior level human resources with domestic and international corporations, both private and publicly held. His positions have included corporate director of compensation and benefits and vice president of human resources for an international manufacturing corporation. He is a Certified Senior Professional in Human Resources and is currently pursuing certification as a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist.

His years of experience in the human resources field have given Mr. Adams the opportunity to experience the perspectives of both the employer and the provider, as well as a keen awareness of current market trends. All these things bring unique credibility and success to his role as executive consultant with EBS Consulting.

Mr. Adams received his B.A. degree in Psychology from Bloomsburg University in Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania, and has taken a number of postgraduate courses at Pennsylvania State University. He is licensed in Accident, Life and Sickness Insurance in both Tennessee and Georgia.
 
Konnie Smithers brings to EBS Consulting 30 years of management experience, including 14 years in manufacturing. In her most recent position she was responsible for the safety, health and security of more than 3000 employees. As an executive consultant with EBS Consulting she specializes in health, safety and security.

Ms. Smithers holds a B.S. degree in Organizational Management and is certified by OSHA as an Authorized Outreach Trainer.

She is an active member of the American Society of Safety Engineers, the American Society of Training and Development, the American Society of Industrial Security and the Society of Human Resources Managers. She has been president and a board member of the local SHRM chapter, as well as an active member of the national organization.
 

Kenneth B. Kilgore has a broad background in Dbase applications, Microsoft Office and related vertical applications. Mr. Kilgore comes to EBS Consulting with five years of accounting experience, having a specialty in software applications, an invaluable knowledge when providing clients a means of achieving their Human Resource directives. Mr. Kilgore is a Goldmine Certified Professional who enjoys the customization, administration, and user instruction features of this adaptable client- management software. As a firm believer in the philosophy of supportive strength, Mr. Kilgore's greatest role for his clients is that of an educator and mentor, where he is often found on the front lines providing service, support and encouragement.

In his spare time, you will find Kenneth assisting members of the on-line community as an AOL Community Leader. In this capacity, he has been entrusted by America On Line to insure a safe and pleasurable Internet experience for individuals of all ages.
